❌ Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and confiscation of your deposit.

❌ Visitors are not allowed in the apartment without the authorization of the owner or local assistant. Under no circumstances may the visitor spend the night in the apartment.

❗ Do your best to return the apartment as you found it. Please note that this is a security issue and could potentially compromise the safety of other tenants in the building.

✍ Before your arrival, we ask for a list of names and complete identification numbers. This list and copies of your ID will be left at the reception desk to ensure your safety and the safety of the building's residents.

⚡ Please turn off the lights, air conditioning and other energy-consuming appliances when leaving the apartment.

❗ We provide a complete set of bed linens; bath and face towels; bathroom floor towels; floor cloths and dish towels. If necessary, we offer a linen exchange service. Please ask for prices if you are interested.

❗ When going to or coming from the beach, use the side entrance indicated by the reception desk and the service elevator. When returning from the beach, please remove sand from your feet, legs and body using the condominium's outdoor shower.
